Coupling

Now that we have separated all the concerns into separate modules, how should we connect them together?

There are two aspects to Coupling:

1. The types of actual connections.
2. How the connected modules together create an overall structure.

In keeping with our empirical, ground up, scientific approach, we shall start with a taxonomy of ways that two modules can be connected.
